How do we as part-time educators plan for professional growth in our future when we are all so busy juggling jobs at multiple institutions and simply trying to make a living? How do you find energy to nourish yourself as a lifelong learner when so much of your energy is spent on keeping up with teaching responsibilities? This session will offer ideas for how to establish your own professional learning communities and anecdotes on the experiences we have had with them.
