We appreciate your feedback, which we’ll use in planning 2017 in Santa Clara.

You can view the whole conference schedule by the day and also search for sessions and events by speaker, title, session type, level, and even room! Maps of the Town & Country and the Exhibit Hall are in the menu. You can create and save your personalized conference schedule by creating a free login in sched.org, but you do not need to create a login to use this site! This site - and uploaded materials - will remain available long after the conference.

Fairfield-Suisun Adult School and Adult Level Chair
ESL Teacher
Roz Tolliver began teaching ESL to adults in 2005. Her experience includes working with students of all levels and backgrounds at adult schools, community colleges, and a nonprofit refugee assistance institution.

She has been teaching intermediate to advanced English learners at Fairfield-Suisun Adult School (FSAS) since 2016. In January 2019, she relocated to Merced and continued teaching at FSAS remotely using Zoom, with her students watching her on a TV in the classroom. When the school closed in March due to the pandemic, her students joined her online. She also teaches ESL locally at Madera Community College.

Roz completed her BA in Spanish at the University of Missouri, and her MA TESOL at CSU East Bay. She continues to develop professionally by attending education conferences regularly, as well as presenting on enhancing ESL lessons with music and technology. In addition, she served on the board of CATESOL as the 2019-20 Adult Level Chair.

In her spare time, Roz is involved in spreading awareness of Ankylosing Spondylitis, an autoimmune disease. She also enjoys spending time with her family, especially during their weekly trivia games.
